This company is really bad! A warning to all looking to purchase a new condo with this group, they use the most cheapest products to build their condo units, for a quick sale. After 2 years of a new condo on 2019 Highway 7, simple elements like shower facets, toilet, aircon/ heating and building spot lights break down. Once you pay the deposit you are stuck. We do all the planning and we won’t disappoint – our menus are delectably prepared by our Executive Chef and catering team. Keep an eye out for future events.This is an older event space and its age shows. One of the rooms I was in had visible water damage on the ceiling and walls. Another room had tape to patch up rips in the carpet. And the laminate on the dance floor needs to be replaced – there are sizeable gaps between the planks. Overall it is in serious need of repairs and upgrades. Another great place to host events, lots of rooms to choose from. Good security team available for high profile presentations. Security will coordinate, cooperate and work with your private security team. First time at this location, was a very interesting looking venue. The vibe is definitely Banquet hall, but the inside was actually very nice. It was very clean, and the bathrooms were cleaned regularly as well which to me is a plus. Didn’t have food there. There is ample parking, but no greenery whatsoever which if anyone was doing an event and wanted to take photos inside it would mainly be architecture and water aspects.
