Maintenance is fast! And always gets the job done quickly. I even had an incident where my ac unit went out during 100 degree weather and it was 10-11pm and even though I told him he could come tomorrow he still came out that same night. Maintenance and cleaning staff are awesome
The apartments are beautiful and clean, although this was my first request for maintenance and they were amazingly fast in response and taking action I would like to see if I had any other problems would it be consistent.. But overall they are great and I highly would recommended my friends and family

This place is HORRIBLE!! Every morning there is trash in the hallway that leads to the parking lot/garage. There are full bags of trash left in the stairwell by careless people. People here do not have any respect for their neighbors. They yell and scream down the halls. They allow their children to do the same. Their children are the hallways playing/running/screaming at 9:00 and 10:00 at night. Parking for visitors is very limited. The gate is either broken and you can’t get out or you may not feel secure because the gate doesn’t close at night! This place was probably nice when it first opened…not now
