WOW WHAT AN AWFUL FACILITY! My husband had to pick up our package at the shipping facility because it was too heavy for the first driver and the second driver didn’t even put the box on his truck. The driver put that we weren’t home even though we were. No door tag was left or anything because the lady skipped our house entirely. The next day my husband went outside and ran into the same driver and asked her if she had our package and she very unprofessional he told him absolutely not because it’s way too heavy and “only a man could deliver it. you’ll have to wait and see if they put it on a mans truck and maybe he can do it but no lady will ever deliver that” He asked if it was on her truck and said that he would just bring it up himself and she said it wasn’t on her truck and she had no idea whose truck it was on and we would need to call to find out. So we called 20+ times over a 2 day span and finally found out it never left the facility in the first place and was just sitting there. So now my husband will bring this 135lb package up himself because Fed Ex couldn’t do it. Not cool Fed Ex, not coolTerrible. Awful. Incompetent. Poor communication. Unreliable. I’ve had the same residential address for years. All carriers – except for FedEX – delivery to it reliably. I’ve had FedEX packages delivered not only to the wrong condo in the complex, but the wrong complex and not only the wrong complex, but a complex not even in the same zip code. My current problem is “business is closed”. Seriously! It’s a residential address easily searchable on any maps app. The package is “hopefully” being delivered a Walgreen’s some distance from me – even though several are nearer. I don’t know if it is FedEX or driver incompetence. Either way avoid residential deliveries from FedEX if possible. Friends share similar experiences with me. When I call to find out why I did not receive my package I am initially treated as if it is my fault. The poor help desk gets slammed for driver/warehouse incompetence. DON’T USE FEDEX!!!! FedEX does not provide a transcript of online communications – meaning that the customer does not know what happens after the call. I called about a delivery issue and thought it was resolved until I called again and discovered that someone had changed the delivery to a Walgreen’s without letting me know. The driver called while I was in the shower, left a garbled message and no way to call them back. 06MAY22 – update I’ve updated to three stars. two managers contacted me directly and personally delivered a package. they even have their cell numbers. a vast improvement over previous experience. further, deliveries made since that disastrous experience above have been on time and without issue. i’m giving this a wait and see approach. as time goes on and if things improve, i will adjust my rating.

Numerous delivery issues on different occasions. My delivery date was rescheduled 3 times and we found out our packages sat in a Houston location for 3 days before an internal investigation had to be done to collect all my packages and correct the problem. Management said they would give a follow up call to make sure I received my delivery but I never received that call. Another incident…Driver stating they tried to deliver my packages but never showed up to our business. I called FedEx with info and their system showed different…the representative stating my shipper put a hold on our packages. This was false information once our shipper verified they did not place any hold on our packages. FedEx rescheduled this appointment for the following day.
