The event will take place in the back parking lot located behind the merry-go-round and adjacent to the Bear Mountain Skating Rink. If you are not familiar with this location, follow signage as you would be entering in the same location as our weekly cruise event.

Please note, if you wish to bring a tractor trailer into the Bear Mountain Car Cruise, you must contact Bear Mountain State Park for their permission PRIOR to attending our event. There will be no exceptions! BEAR MOUNTAIN Every Wednesday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. now through Sept. 12, the Rod Benders Car Club of New York will sponsor summer car shows, dubbed Cruise Nights, at Bear Mountain State Park. If you know of a non-profit organization, or any other entity seeking need, please refer them to the Director, Craig for more information on the process to be considered for a donation.Please park in rows as directed by our staff so we may maximize the number of cars on the show fields. Don’t drive onto the field to “reserve” a space. Meet up outside the gate and drive in together if you want to park next to a particular vehicle. Note, older and newer vehicles are not parked together.
Any vehicles entering the event with any type of trailer (spectators and vendors) must have prior written permission from Bear Mountain State Park. NO EXCEPTIONS!A $45 seasonal club membershop exempts members from the entrance fee. This membership is available to any individual who wishes to join our car club. Membership enrollment takes place each week at the registration table, just ask for Teri.

Show and cruise flyers are NOT to be placed in or on vehicles. They may be handed out on the field or made available at the registration table. Please do not hand flyers out while vehicles are entering the park and lining up to enter.
Seasonal membership is required for all 2004 and newer vehicles to be on the field. A $5 one night pass is also available for the newer vehicles but the $5 entrance fee will still be charged by the park (totaling $10 to enter).
Vendor spaces are $30 per week plus $5 Park entrance fee. Reserved spaces are limited to event sponsors. All vendors must park in the designated area. Vendors should arrive no later than 5:00 pm.Anyone interested in being a sponsor or vendor must contact our Sponsorship Coordinator, Priscilla (pink megaphone) at the registration table. There are social media/website ad opportunities, as well as other options.
