The fireworks are generously sponsored by the City of Shreveport, Brookshire’s Grocery/Super 1, Hebert’s Town & Country, and Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Funeral Homes. Fireworks and the dynamic Light Show will paint the sky with vibrant colors, symbolizing the spirit of freedom and unity. The Hollow Decks will return to the Stage after the Fireworks and Light Show.

There will an ATM onsite and some vendors accept credit/debit cards. In addition to accepting Louisiana Purchase (SNAP) cards, some farmers accept Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Food Coupons available through parish Councils on Aging. No pets are allowed at the market (service animals only).
The KTBS-3 Freedom Fest provides a platform for active duty and veteran members of the Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and Space Force to come together in a spirit of camaraderie and pride. Commissioner Ken Epperson, Sr., Chairman, Veterans Celebration Committee (U.S. Army Veteran) will Emcee the Honor Ceremony. Shreveport Mayor Tom Arceneaux and Bossier City Mayor Tommy Chandler, along with Dr. Woodrow Wilson, Caddo Parish Administrator and Butch Ford, Bossier Parish Administrator will present a specially designed commemorative pin to honor the participating active and veteran military personnel, recognizing their dedication and commitment to safeguarding our freedom.
