Ms. Curvin died on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at her home in Wellington, ALLeaving behind those she loved so dearly: her daughter Jessica Wilde, her sons Stephen Wilde (Angelica), and Jonathan Wilde (Vivian), her grandson, Daniel Wilde, her sister, Rita King (Jerry) and her two brothers, David Curvin (Boots) and Gerry Curvin (Charlotte); and numerous nieces and nephews. Ms. Curvin was a devoted mother, MawMaw, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. Her smile and laugh would melt anyone who saw or heard it. She was beautiful, kind, honest, gentle, smart, loving, funny, and witty. Much like her beautiful mother Helen Curvin, she was wonderfully stubborn….her classic raised-eyebrows and eye-squints could say a million words with one look. She loved to laugh and would laugh until she cried. Her greatest joy and passion was her devotion to her family and friends. She enjoyed quality time with her family, spending many weekends and vacations with her parents, siblings, children, and grandson. She loved traveling and experiencing new places, always excited to find a new city, state, or country. Her vacations would use every last moment available, filled with fun and laughter, late nights and early mornings. Ms. Curvin was a devoted mother and MawMaw, always sacrificing her time and money for her family, children, and grandson. She enjoyed giving her warm heart to the world around her, and she gave it always….even with raised-eyebrows and eye-squints. Ms. Curvin’s long career as a manager and leader in the mental health field allowed many people that live with mental health disabilities to experience Ms. Curvin’s warm and beautiful love. She touched and blessed the hearts of many people, treating everyone as family. She will always be our dearest and greatest mother, MawMaw, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend.
