Felton has elite size at six-foot-four and 4.3 speed, which would make the Eagles’ offense that much more dangerous. Felton has a massive catch radius and dominated at Norfolk State. Now at Virginia Tech, he should establish himself as one of the best players in the ACC. His upside makes him worthy of a first round selection.
