“Cristy did great with my two dogs. She was able to watch my girls last minute after my regular sitter fell thru, & she sent me plenty of updates & pics. My dogs seemed to have a great time with her & her dogs. Very grateful & would have missed Thanksgiving with family if not for her care!”

I currently work full time, but I do have weekends and holiday breaks open for pet-sitting. Please reach out and we can hopefully make something work! I have a fenced in backyard and a walkable neighborhood. I have two golden retrievers and two kids, plus a husband. We all love dogs!“Emilee has been around dogs and cats her whole life. She’s been a “dog mom” to her German Shepherd since she got her as a pup a few years ago. As her mom, the amount of love and care I see her give her own dog (my “grand-dog” as she says!) makes me happy and proud. You won’t go wrong asking Emilee to take care of your dog!!” “Stephanie and her family were wonderful!! They made Luna feel right at home. She loved their yard and went on lots of walks. I got plenty of pictures and updates. Truly allowed us to relax on vacation. Will definitely use her again.” “Robin was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Our dog Molly had a great time for her extended stay with Robin and would be happy to have her watch Molly again in the future. Would recommend Robin to others looking for someone that needs home boarding while they are away.” “Banjo was in good hands with Samantha! He’s typically cautious when he’s apart from me, and can be a little anxious, but she took care of him and kept him calm until I returned!” “Ashleigh is extremely professional, responsible, and caring. She has grown up around animals her whole life. She is flexible and reliable. She has provided very personalized care by spending time with and playing with my dogs while I have been away. She provides pictures or videos upon request so that I know how they are interacting which gives me a peace of mind. She is easy to reach and gives updates after her visits.”About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. I enjoy taking them for walks and just making sure they are happy. I currently work from home so I am able to take the dog outside or even play with the cats. I’m able to provide more attention to them. I have a fenced in yard so that my dog can go outside and be safe. I like to keep my animals safe when they are playing.

“Bobbi was very attentive & treated my pup like her own. She even took her on a nice long walk after a long day of work! Thankful she was able to take our Luna in so last minute too! I will definitely rebook if we are back in the area!”
“Cara & her husband were absolutely amazing. I was very nervous at first to be apart from my pups but she reassured us with so many pictures, videos & updates on them. They will take your dog in & treat them as their own. My dogs already miss them & their golden, Finnegan so much. They’ve never had a better play date before. This was the best connection between the dogs that they’ve ever had. Our goldens were in such good hands. We will definitely be boarding with them again!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you so much again for everything!!! Our dogs already miss you so much!!!”

“Patricia is the only person I trust or feel comfortable leaving our little fuzzy guy with. She knows and understands dogs. She has the patience of a saint. Frankly, she’s a better mother to our dog than I probably am. We are so grateful to have found her!”About: Hi! My name is Jordyn and I can’t wait to meet you and your pet. Ever since a young girl I have always loved animals. My family has relied on me for many years now to walk, feed, bathe or just stop in and spend time with their pets. I’m currently out of school and don’t have a job. I am home most days. When I do leave I try to take my pup with me, as I like to include him in a lot. But if he’s unable to go where we go he stays at the house in his crate. I don’t like to leave him for more than 4 hours. If I do need to be gone for a longer time I find him a sitter. I have my sweet dog at home with me who would love to keep your baby company. He gets lonely, so he likes having other dogs visit him or go visit others. I have a huge grassy area outside of the apartment, very far from the road with a little creek beside of us. It’s unfenced but I have a 30 foot leash I like to use on my boy so he can get a little more freedom. He’s allowed to sleep anywhere in the house at night. We can crate your animal if needed.

“Charlene was a great sitter for my dogs! She is a very kind person and made sure to send me a lot of photos during their stay. I was at rest seeing photos of my dogs happy with the other dogs there. Her dog Jersey is such a sweetie! I would definitely book her again!”
“Staci was absolutely wonderful. I hope to bring my dog back to her whenever I need a sitter. She takes only one dog at a time, and my Monkey became good buddies with her sweet little Rocky during the week she was there. She sent excellent pictures every day that showed a range of activities and locations in her house.”“Staci is a very responsible and trustworthy person. She has a kind heart and a soft spot for animals. Staci has taken care of my pup several times and he loves her. Her upbeat and energetic attitude is sure to win you and your pup over :)”“James and Patricia were very warm and inviting. They responded immediately when I reached out to them. They sent updates daily of my dog playing, going for walks and relaxing. They took good care of Max and I felt comfortable knowing he was well cared for during my trip. I would highly recommend them.”Our practice is well equipped to handle any ongoing medical needs your pet may have. We regularly administer oral medications, breathing treatments, IV or injectable medications or fluids. We also address individual feeding needs. We monitor your pet the entire time they board with us. Should they become sick or injured we would attend to them immediately as well as communicate with you about the issue.

We provide top notch nutrition, or you can bring food from home so that there is no change in your pet’s diet while away from home. We knows that sometimes change is stressful and your pet may not want to eat, it might be a good idea to bring along some treats or something to make their food seem more desirable.
There is nothing more luxurious than a relaxing vacation away from home. If you’re a pet owner, however, it can be hard to relax while worrying whether the neighbor kid gave Oscar his meds or made sure Coco got enough exercise. Our practice offers pet boarding so you never have these worries. You can kick back knowing that your beloved pets are properly cared for in a friendly, fun, secure and nurturing environment. If you have never boarded your pet before, we invite you to come down and tour our facility. We want to make sure that we are the right match for you and your pet. We want you to feel comfortable with the level of care and attention we provide and we want your pet to feel comfortable during their sleepover party. We require proof of current vaccinations for all pets boarding with us.

Maybe Coco has a favorite toy that would make her feel more at home. Our kennels and condos have plenty of room for your pet to move around and make themselves comfortable. Each pet gets plenty of physical exercise, fresh air and sunlight.
The Charleston Dog Park is a great place for one of our dog sitters to sit in the shade with your pup. After hours of playing fetch, they can walk over to the Haddad Riverfront Park to gaze upon the waters bobbing by in the breeze before heading to Cato Park for a picnic out in the sun with some yummy desserts from Spring Hill Pastry Shop. Finally, our pet sitting host can end the day with one of the best belly rubs your canine ever received. Why wouldn’t you want to use DogVacay.com for a trustworthy pet sitter who will give your pup a fabulous Charleston adventure?

As the quaint capital of West Virginia, Charleston is a little town with a whole lot of history. This is a lovely area for pet sitter and pooch to spend quality time while walking the tree-lined streets downtown. With surrounding wildlife and state parks, that leaves plenty of room for Fido to roam and explore. A great home dog boarding experience includes a comfortable bed for your pooch to sleep in, but the more important thing is to engage and entertain his big wet nose. Dog sitters can provide a walking tour of the historic government buildings such as the Capitol and the Governor’s Mansion, taking advantage of the window shopping and pet friendly restaurants in the neighborhood. Our dog sitting host and your pal can start the day at Ruth Raftery Peyton Dog Park, where dogs can play, sniff, and run as much as their big hearts desire. There could be a quick stop squeezed in for some homemade ice cream from Ellen’s, and then a scrumptious roadside hot dog at Swiftwater Café. We have pawesome and reliable home dog boarding hosts ready to assist you in your next trip to Charleston, West Virginia.
