Thank you!I know the picture on the site is “approximate”, but what I received is much smaller and very different than what I believed I ordered. Some of the leaves had been eaten by something. The bouquet is very nice, but I am disappointed by the size and difference from the picture on the site. The bouquet I received did not justify the price I paid. This is my first time using the site, so I was not aware that the difference between the picture and the actual product would be so great.
I have used The Flower Shop several times now and they are always outstanding! The website is so user-friendly and the arrangements are gorgeous! There are so many selections to choose from and they are also super nice if you need to contact them directly with any questions at all. Highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed.
The recipient was thrilled with the beautiful arrangement. Personnel called me because I had failed to identify us on the greeting and that was caring. Great experience.The flowers were beautiful, however if I didn\u2019t call at 6pm to see if they were delivered I firmly believe that they never would\u2019ve made it there. It was mentioned that the address was hard to find; well why not call the phone numbers provided. Not the first time delivery has been an issue

Our daughter turned Sweet 16 on 3\/18 during the first week of COVID19 social distancing mandates. We had many plans with family and her friends but they all had to be canceled. The Flower Shop did a beautiful job with very fresh seasonal flowers for my daughters birthday bouquet! It was very easy to use their online ordering service. It even had a section for “special instructions” which I utilized due to the Virus. I would use this company again and recommend them.The delivery was fast…..but it wasn\u2019t what I ordered. I wanted an all white bouquet and the one she received had colorful flowers in it. Definitely did not look like the image present.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful, the same day delivery was perfect for a spur of the moment gift, and they put my mom\u2019s favorite flower (lilacs) in it when I asked.
