During the registration process for the IWLCA Tournaments, teams are prompted to rank themselves based on their competitive ability. This allows for the tournament directors to create competitive schedules for each team to maximize the positive exposure they receive from college coaches. The IWLCA Tournament Series has been created by the IWLCA and its member coaches to streamline the recruiting process and make it a more effective and affordable process for both college coaches and prospective student-athletes. College Coaches in attendance have unlimited access to recruiting profiles and video of each player at the event. Every IWLCA event boasts a strong attendance by college coaches from DI, DII, and DIII institutions because the event has been created and executed with the recruiting process in mind.

The IWLCA and Corrigan Sports recognize that the best way to assist with the recruiting process is to make it as simple as possible. Each college coach is provided access to a detailed, near real-time electronic recruiting handbook which includes all the important game day and player contact information. Players can update their information multiple times, at any time prior to the start of the event. Coaches are shuttled between groups of fields to make traveling from one game to another hassle-free. The IWLCA Tournaments also provide complimentary Wi-Fi, meals and snacks free of charge to all college coaches, giving them all the tools they need to have a successful recruiting experience.Corrigan Sports ensures each field has a field manager, scoreboards, water coolers on each bench, shade tents, and multiple trainers on site. IWLCA Tournaments are run on a central horn which keeps the day on schedule and helps maximize exposure to college coaches. Players must roster to ensure college coaches have the most up-to-date contact and player information while recruiting at the event. The online schedule tool allows teams to find their games and track scores with ease. Facilities offer ample parking and all fields are marked with clear signage which makes it easy for players, parents, and college coaches to access all games. All of these elements allows players, parents, and coaches to focus on the game and enjoy the tournament off-the-field.
