Das Kajak ist mit der patentierten ” Tunnel Hull “- Rumpfform ausgestattet, d.h. man kann den Pedalantrieb im Boot absenken oder auch wieder hochklappen. Der Propellerantrieb ermöglicht Vorwärts- und Rückwärtsfahrt – freihändig! Der Antrieb besteht aus salzwasserfestem Aluminium, ist komplett abgedichtet und fast wartungsfrei. Die Übersetzung ist 1:10 für mehr Distanz bei weniger Kraftaufwand.

So befindet sich bei der 10er-Version ein Panel für Elektroinstallationen auf beiden Seiten des Cockpits und auch die beidseitigen Einschübe für Tackleboxen sind natürlich wieder Teil der Serienausstattung.Der Sitz wird hier nicht auf einem Sockel montiert, sondern direkt auf dem Schienensystem.

I bought one of the first Slayer Propels offered for sale in October 2014. I was then and continue to be amazed by the space, comfort, and fishability of this lightweight kayak. I use my Slayer Propel 10 to troll for striped bass in the tidal waters of the Chesapeake Bay. I troll 4 lines at a time and have caught hundreds of stripers including my personal best of 37″ caught across the Severn River from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis in April 2016.
