Originally launched for Halloween 2004, Pitch Black — which is billed as offering “a twist of citrus and dark fruit flavor” — has one of the most complicated histories in Mtn Dew lore. According to the Mtn Dew Fandom site — which despite being a wiki, I trust more than any other source on the web — Pitch Black’s initial limited-time launch was followed by an LTO sequel, Pitch Black II, in 2005. The flavor also made appearances in 2011 and 2015 before winning Dewcision 2016 where Pitch Black was voted back into permanent status — yet somehow only lasted until 2019. It’s been officially discontinued since then, but apparently can sometimes be found in soda fountain form (not to mention that the flavor has also lived on in some international markets).
While most of us are still fretting getting ready for Thanksgiving, the maniacs at Mtn Dew are looking past both Turkey Day and Christmas with an eye towards 2023. Yes, after releasing and re-releasing more varieties this year than I can literally count this year (it’s well over a dozen), the soda brand has apparently had enough of 2022 after announcing their holiday-inspired, fruitcake-flavored Fruit Quake variety (checks notes) last week.So with today’s announcement, Mtn Dew admitted, “The rumblings are true!” The brand says that due to “the overwhelming requests from Dew Nation,” Pitch Black will be coming back for a limited time starting this coming January.

All of this meddling with fans’ emotions has created a devoted Pitch Black sect, and so rumors of Pitch Black’s return in 2023 were already swirling earlier this year. For instance, the site ComicBook.com ran a story that “Mtn Dew Pitch Black Might Be Making a Comeback” back in August.

And that’s not all: Mtn Dew also announced two new Pitch Black varieties. First, the drink will receive a Zero Sugar iteration. And second, similar to other fan-favorite Mtn Dew varieties like Code Red and Baja Blast, Pitch Black is also getting an energy drink spin, Mtn Dew Energy Pitch Black.
Pitch Black 12-packs were discontinued entirely, and 20-ounce bottles followed shortly afterward in early 2021. After this, the only production of Pitch Black was in soda fountains of certain convenience stores (technically a Franchise Exclusive fountain drink).Pitch Black was the most popular vote out of the flavors, and since then, it was released alongside the regular Pitch Black and a Zero Sugar variant in January of 2023 for a limited time.

Is pitch black gone again?
Mtn Dew Pitch Black is returning January 1st, 2023 in 3 varieties! Regular, along with an all-new Zero.
During its re-releases from 2015 to 2019, its tagline were removed from the product altogether. However, it was referred to as Citrus and Dark Fruit on sites like PepsiCo Product Facts.

ALL USERS: Hello and Welcome to the Mountain Dew Wiki! Here, you’ll see detailed pages of flavors, promotions, logos, and more! If this is your first time on this wiki, feel free to explore the wonderful world of Mountain Dew! Have a great one, and remember to Do the Dew! In 2014, Pitch Black and LiveWire were released in The Philippines as limited edition flavors for the summer season. Both varieties returned again for the summers of 2015, 2016 and 2017. After nineteen years of no signs of Pitch Black’s return, Mountain Dew Canada confirmed on Instagram that Pitch Black would release first at Circle K on January 15th, 2023. Unlike the 2004 release, it now has caffeine, and the name “Alerte Noire” was dropped. The flavor description was updated to say “Citrus Punch”, similar to its American counterpart, or “Punch aux agrumes”. It was later confirmed that Pitch Black had joined the lineup as a permanent flavor in Canada.

How long will Mtn Dew pitch black be available?
Thanks to the overwhelming requests from DEW Nation, MTN Dew is welcoming back MTN Dew Pitch Black to its roster for a limited time beginning January 2023,” the brand tells Food Network via email.
These conclusive franchises that have Pitch Black in soda fountains were Chevron, Sinclair, Cumberland Farms, Pilot/Flying J, Stewart’s, and more unverifiable locations. Due to Fountain Pitch Black being discontinued, it is no longer available at these locations.

In March 2020, a listing on the official PepsiCo Beverage Facts website was discovered of Pitch Black Zero Sugar. The website indicates that this flavor would be exclusively available to Speedway gas stations in the United States, but it never came to fruition.
Pitch Black was released in Canada in 2004, the same year it was released in the United States. However, unlike the US version, the Canadian version was sold without caffeine due to laws preventing caffeine from being added to non-dark soft drinks at the time of its release. It was known as Alerte Noire in French.

Was there a pitch black 2?
The Chronicles of Riddick is a 2004 American science fiction action film written and directed by David Twohy. It is a sequel to Pitch Black (2000) and the second installment in the Riddick film series. Vin Diesel reprises his role as Richard B.
Contrary to popular belief, the flavor itself hasn’t changed. The popular theory as to why the description changes is because standard grape flavored sodas are polarizing. While Pitch Black is historically grape flavored, it has attracted many fans who don’t like similar sodas. In June 2022, an advertisement poll aimed at the r/MountainDew subreddit to see which popular flavor the community would like to see have an Energy version created. The flavors featured on the poll were Spark, Typhoon, Major Melon, VooDEW, Code Red, Voltage, and Pitch Black. In early 2019, Pitch Black, along with many other underperforming flavors (namely Real Sugar, Diet Code Red, Citrus Cherry, White Out, Caffeine-Free Mountain Dew, and Caffeine-Free Diet Mountain Dew), were discontinued in most regions. Some of these flavors were still produced sporadically by independent Pepsi bottlers. Pitch Black is a Mountain Dew flavor released for the Halloween season of 2004. It had many limited-time releases and eventually became a permanent flavor until 2019. It has also been available in various gas station fountains since 2016.

In 2016, PepsiCo held DEWcision 2016, a promotion which pitted Pitch Black, returning to store shelves, against Baja Blast, another cult-classic Dew flavor. The winner of DEWcision 2016 was to be made the next permanent Dew flavor on store shelves. A national voting session was held for fans to vote on their favorite of the two flavors. Long-time Pitch Black fans had waited for this moment to come, and took it to the next level with Twitter hashtags and challenges issued by Mountain Dew. Baja Blast lost to Pitch Black by a small margin, and was once again discontinued from retail sales, leaving Pitch Black as the new permanent flavor. Pitch Black was re-released officially to stores on December 5th of that year. The tagline for its 2023 re-release was “DEW with a Blast of Dark Citrus Punch Flavor with Other Natural Flavors.” In Canada, it is simply “Citrus Punch”, or “Punch aux agrumes” in French. However, it is still internally referred to as being “Black Grape flavored”. After popular demand to bring back some discontinued Dew flavors, Mountain Dew announced that 2004’s Pitch Black, 2008’s Supernova and 2010’s Typhoon would be returning for a limited time together over the summer of 2011 as a part of the Back by Popular DEWmand promotion. It lasted until July 25th of that year. After the success of Pitch Black’s initial release in 2004, PepsiCo decided to bring it back with a slight flavor alteration with a new name, Pitch Black II which made its way to shelves in the Halloween season of 2005. During its 2005 run, the flavor proved a decent success. On August 7th, 2022, in a now-deleted r/MountainDew Reddit post, a user posted an image of potential upcoming flavors for 2023. It features a now-cancelled HoneyDEW flavor and Cobra Cane, a berry & candy cane flavor, the return of Baja Blast, and a VooDEW (2023) flavor. In addition, a DEWcision 2023 event was confirmed with cult-favorites Pitch Black and Typhoon returning to shelves with new Zero Sugar variants. The promotion was later cancelled.

Pitch Black was released for a limited time throughout stores nationwide in the United States from August 21st, 2004, to October 31st, 2004 for the Halloween season. During its limited-time run, its popularity proved very successful, which PepsiCo took note of, and decided to release a modified version for the next Halloween season. Pitch Black was introduced in New Zealand in 2011, alongside LiveWire and Electro Shock. The New Zealand release was the first version of Pitch Black to use the international “Grape Citrus” formula that was later used in Asian countries. At the beginning of October 2006, select participating 7-Eleven locations began offering the original, non-sour Pitch Black for a limited time operating under the name of “Mountain Dew Pitch Black Freeze,” which lasted until the end of October 2006.

In July 2016, it was reported that Pitch Black had arrived at select Circle K convenience store locations as a fountain drink permanently (and in some locations as a freeze until at the end of 2018). However, 2020’s introduction Mountain Dew Zero Sugar was released in most Circle K convenience stores alike, Pitch Black alongside Mountain Dew Ice was later replaced by Mountain Dew Zero Sugar in February 2020.
On December 4th, 2015, the official Mountain Dew Facebook account announced that 1,050 people would have the chance to win a unique limited run of Pitch Black by posting why they wanted Pitch Black and using the hashtag #WeWantPitchBlack in the post.In May 2018, Pitch Black arrived in most Kum & Go convenience store locations as a fountain drink permanently. In May 2020, Pitch Black was replaced by Atomic Blue as the new exclusive Dew flavor in some Kum & Go locations, which was later replaced at some locations with Major Melon.

In May 2019, it released in Thornton’s gas station locations, and like any other Freeze/Slurpee release, it was discontinued a few months after its release. On June 22nd, 2022, PepsiCo updated the trademark for Pitch Black, “MTN DEW PITCH BLACK”, and then posted a new trademark for “MTN DEW ZERO SUGAR PITCH BLACK”.

In January 2016, Pitch Black arrived at select Speedway convenience store locations in the United States as a fountain drink (and in some locations as a freeze). It expected to leave Speedway once the DEWcision 2016 promotion began. However, most, if not in the case, all Speedway locations that sell Pitch Black have continued to offer the flavor while coinciding with the DEWcision 2016 promotion.
Pitch Black was initially described as a Black Grape flavor of Mountain Dew during 2004 and 2011 limited time releases and had a dark purple (hence its name intended to complete darkness) look with a similar theme to other Halloween flavors. In the Summer of 2005, a Slurpee variant of Pitch Black named Darth Dew were released for a limited time intended to promote the theatrical release of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith. It lasted until the end of summer.

In 2013, DEWmocracy Singapore took place. The promotion pitted Pitch Black against classic flavor LiveWire to be the next permanent Dew flavor in a national voting session where fans could vote on their favorite of the two flavors. After a long steady battle, Pitch Black was announced as the winner in a live announcement on November 1st, 2013, and became a permanent flavor soon afterward.
Pitch Black was released in South Korea as “마운틴듀 와일드블랙” (Mountain Dew Wild Black) for the Summer of 2006 to coincide with the “Be the Racer” promotion. The drink was sold in 250ml (8-ounce) cans and 500ml (16.9-ounce) bottles. The packaging branded it with “A Blast of Grape.” This drink’s release used the 2005-2009 logo, and its label art was similar to that of Pitch Black II. In April 2018, Pitch Black arrived at select Sheetz convenience store locations as a fountain drink permanently. On August 30th, 2022, the official Sheetz twitter account confirmed they’re still carrying it. As of April 13th, 2019, it was confirmed by Speedway’s social networking team that Pitch Black was replaced by Cyclone as the new exclusive Dew flavor.Pitch Black was revealed to instead be releasing for a limited time on January 1st of that year and was later pushed back to January 16th. It released alongside brand new variants, Pitch Black Zero Sugar and Mountain Dew Energy (Pitch Black).

In 2014, DEWmocracy Malaysia took place. This promotion held an opportunity for LiveWire and Pitch Black, alongside newcomer Blue Shock, to be the next permanent Dew flavor in a national voting session for fans to vote on their favorite of the three flavors. After a long steady battle, LiveWire and Pitch Black lost to Blue Shock. Despite the outcome, Pitch Black still remains a current flavour in the country, as it is listed on Etika Holdings’ website.

Throughout many years of its availability, Pitch Black was released in other select regional convenience stores across the United States. Most of these releases were short-lived, meaning that Pitch Black made a release in a certain franchise, but there was little to document.
In July 2016, Pitch Black arrived at some Maverik store locations as a fountain drink permanently. It is also available at most other gas stations in Utah. On June 13th, 2022, Maverik announced that they were no longer getting Pitch Black due to the manufacturer discontinuing it. It was replaced by Spark in most Maverik and other gas station locations.

There’s not much currently known about this release and assumedly released for only a short time. It was likely to be discontinued sometime in the Mid-2000s.Slant Magazine gave the film 1.5 out of 4 and stated, “Eschewing the claustrophobic minimalism of its predecessor Pitch Black, The Chronicles of Riddick is an extravagant orgy of used sci-fi parts.” Owen Gleiberman of Entertainment Weekly gave the film a score of ‘C’ and called it “mostly a ponderous chronicle.” Claudia Puig of USA Today gave the film 1.5 out of 4 and criticized its pacing. Mick LaSalle of San Francisco Chronicle gave the film 1 out of 4 and stated that it is “an inane film rendered sometimes laughable by an atmosphere of dead-serious reverence.” Ann Hornaday of Washington Post gave the film a negative review and stated that “The Chronicles of Riddick doesn’t hark back merely to the classic horror or science fiction canon but to nearly every single cinematic genre in the book, from westerns to film noir to sword-and-sandal epics.” Desson Thomson of Washington Post also gave the film a negative review and said that “the muddy, convoluted story revolves around the star’s cool-guy poses and one-liners.”The Chronicles of Riddick is a 2004 American science fiction action film written and directed by David Twohy. It is a sequel to Pitch Black (2000) and the second installment in the Riddick film series. Vin Diesel reprises his role as Richard B. Riddick and acts as producer, alongside Thandiwe Newton (credited as Thandie), Karl Urban, Alexa Davalos, Colm Feore, and Keith David. It follows the adventures of Riddick as he attempts to elude capture and face an invading empire.

The Lord Marshal sends Commander Vaako to hunt Riddick down. Vaako’s wife speaks to Aereon, who reveals that Furya was devastated by the Lord Marshal after he was told a child from that planet would kill him. Dame Vaako and her husband determine Lord Marshal wants Riddick dead, as he may be the child of said prophecy. On Crematoria, a disagreement breaks out between Toombs and the prison warden over what Toombs is owed for Riddick’s bounty. Word about the Necromongers has reached the prison warden, who deduces that Toombs has stolen Riddick from them. In the prison, Riddick finds Jack, now named Kyra, and they reconcile with each other.Riddick infiltrates the main hall on the Necromongers’ flagship, where Dame Vaako sees him but encourages her husband not to warn the Lord Marshal and to let Riddick strike first and pave the way for Vaako to kill the Lord Marshal and take his place as leader. When Riddick attacks, the Lord Marshal presents Kyra, who appears to have been converted. Riddick fights the Lord Marshal in front of his army, who keeps the upper hand with his supernatural powers. When it appears that Riddick is about to be killed, Kyra stabs the Lord Marshal in the back with a spear and he punches her into a column of spikes, mortally wounding her. Vaako attempts to strike the wounded Lord Marshal, who uses his powers to evade the blow but is stopped by Riddick, who takes the opportunity and swiftly kills him. Kyra dies in Riddick’s arms just before the Necromongers, including Vaako, kneel before Riddick as their new leader.

Is MTN Dew Pitch Black discontinued?
It was one of the most frequently reappearing ‘Limited Time’ flavors, counting spinoff flavors and various international appearances. As of now, Pitch Black has been made permanent in the Mountain Dew lineup in the United States, its homeland (Including Speedway, Circle K, Sheetz, 7-Eleven, and more). Cached
Riddick is saved by the Purifier, who tells him that if he stays away from the Necromongers, the Lord Marshal promises not to hunt him. The Purifier then reveals that he too is a Furyan and encourages Riddick to kill the Lord Marshal before committing suicide by walking out into the scorching heat. Riddick then flies back to Helion Prime using Toombs’s spacecraft. Meanwhile, Vaako reports Riddick dead and is promoted to a higher rank by the Lord Marshal.James Berardinelli of ReelViews gave the film 2.5 out of 4 and stated that “although The Chronicles of Riddick offers its share of solidly entertaining moments, it doesn’t hold together as a single, coherent motion picture experience.” Ty Burr of Boston Globe gave the film 2 out of 4 and called it “a hodgepodge of Lord of the Rings, Starship Troopers, and the more recent Star Wars films.” Roger Ebert of Chicago Sun-Times gave the film 2 out of 4 and called it “an exercise in computer-generated effects.” Paul Clinton of CNN gave the film a negative review and called it “a big, cheesy sci-fi flick tailor-made for a young male audience looking for things that go boom.” BBC gave the film 2 out of 5 and praised Diesel’s “imposing screen presence”, but criticized its “risible dialogue[s]”. Time Out also gave the film a negative review and stated, “The sequel baton pass at the finale is pretty nifty, but it’s surely asking too much to think the filmmakers could leave us wanting more. Come to think of it, much, much less would have been best.” Nell Minow of Common Sense Media gave the film 2 out of 5 and termed it a “very violent, brainless explosion movie.” The Austin Chronicle gave the film 3 out of 5 and called it a “bloated, but enjoyable production.”

The guards kill the bounty hunters except for Toombs, take the reward money, and prepare to leave before the Necromongers arrive. After leaving Toombs in a cell, Riddick escapes the prison and leads several prisoners across Crematoria’s volcanic surface to steal the ship. The guards reach the hangar, just as the prisoners arrive to find the Necromongers have cornered them there. All of the guards and prisoners are killed, and Riddick is incapacitated by Vaako. With the approach of the deadly sunrise, Vaako leaves Riddick to die and the Necromongers capture Kyra.
The film received negative reviews. The Rotten Tomatoes consensus says it “offers some thrills” but calls it “a disappointment”. It grossed $115.8 million worldwide, making it the highest-grossing film in the franchise but a financial disappointment. A third film, titled Riddick, was released in 2013.

On Rotten Tomatoes the film has an approval rating of 29% based on reviews from 167 critics and an average score of 4.60/10. Fugitive Riddick has been in hiding, evading bounty hunters and mercenaries sent to capture him. After killing a crew led by mercenary Toombs and stealing his ship on planet U.V., he heads to New Mecca on the planet Helion Prime, after Toombs reveals his bounty originated there. Riddick is reunited with Imam, a holy man he rescued five years earlier. Imam believes Riddick is a Furyan, a member of a race of warriors long thought extinct, and wants to know about his homeworld and if anyone other than himself is left. Imam believes Helion Prime is the next planet to be conquered by a mysterious force crusading across the stars. Aereon, an Air Elemental, identifies the army as the Necromongers, religious fanatics who seek to convert all human life and kill those who refuse. The Necromongers attack and take control of the capital in a single night. In the battle, Imam is killed and Riddick escapes.According to Diesel, the film’s broader fantasy elements were introduced by him; the concept of Elementals came from Dungeons & Dragons, of which Diesel is a fan. Judi Dench was performing at Haymarket Theatre when Diesel made an offer for her to be in the The Chronicles of Riddick. Dench said, “Vin sent me a bouquet of flowers that were so big they couldn’t fit up the stairs to my dressing room. They could not get them into the corridor. Then he asked if I would be in his film. And of course I said yes. Why ever not?” Filming took place in Vancouver, Canada.

What was Mtn Dew pitch Black 2?
Description. Pitch Black II is a Sour Black Grape flavor of Mountain Dew and has a dark purple (hence its name to complete darkness) look, having an identical sour-tasting flavor and color to its prequel of Pitch Black. Many describe it as tasting like candy, adding to its Halloween theme. Cached
The “unrated director’s cut” DVD (featuring scenes which were cut in order to obtain a PG-13 rating) was released on November 16, 2004, and sold 1.5 million copies on the first day alone. The production budget for The Chronicles of Riddick was reported to have been between $105 million and $120 million (not including marketing and distribution costs). It grossed $57 million in North America, and its total worldwide gross stands between $107 million and $115 million. For his performance in the film, Vin Diesel was nominated for a Razzie Award for Worst Actor at the 2004 Golden Raspberry Awards, but lost to George W. Bush for Fahrenheit 9/11.

There are three versions of the film: the theatrical cut, which was PG-13; the Director’s Cut, which is unrated (both are available on DVD); and the third version, a mix of the two assembled for television viewing, which has some, but not all, of the added footage from the Director’s Cut. For instance, the minor subplot in the Director’s Cut of Riddick’s visions, as well as his moments with Toombs’s second in command, are both absent, but the ending from the Director’s Cut is present.
The Xbox game The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay was released simultaneously with the film and was well-received. On April 7, 2009, a remake of the video game was included with the release of the game sequel The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena.Universal Pictures decided to develop a sequel to Pitch Black after the success of The Fast and the Furious, another action film that starred Vin Diesel. Diesel was offered $11 million to return for the sequel, a million dollars more than what he was offered for XXX. Universal hired David Hayter to come up with a script, which was later revised by Akiva Goldsman. However, Universal passed it up for a new draft from the first film’s director and writer, David Twohy.

The next day, the Necromonger high priest called “The Purifier” coerces the populace into converting, except for Riddick, who kills the man who killed Imam. Intrigued, the Necromongers’ leader, the Lord Marshal, orders Riddick be scanned by the Quasi-Dead, half-dead telepaths, who determine that he is indeed a Furyan survivor. Lord Marshal orders Riddick’s death, but Riddick escapes only to be recaptured by Toombs. Riddick is taken to Crematoria, a harsh subterranean prison moon, where Jack, the girl Riddick also rescued, is being held.

After the success of Pitch Black’s initial release in 2004, PepsiCo decided to bring it back with a slight flavor alteration as well as a new name. This new product would be known as Pitch Black II, and made its way to shelves in the Halloween season of 2005. During its 2005 run, the flavor was somewhat less successful than the original.
Pitch Black II was a Mountain Dew flavor first released in the Halloween season of 2005 for a limited time in the United States. It was a sequel to 2004’s black grape-flavored Pitch Black.

What is the rarest Mountain Dew flavor?
Mountain Dew Violet – [From Japan]
Very odd to use the old name, have it taste pretty much like the old flavor (even with a 20-year gap/relying on taste memories) yet use a different flavor description. Any chance it’s to distinguish it from Mountain Dew Violet (which you reviewed a few years ago) that prominently says “grape flavor” but (according to your review) lacked the Mtn Dew citrus flavor you expected? Still, they could have just done something like “grape-infused citrus drink”; maybe they just thought Dark Citrus was too cool to not use, even if it meant squashing grapes.Thank you!!! I could cry tears of joy right about now! So hard to find anything that I can drink as a diabetic that I enjoy. I am going stir crazy trying to find anything with zero sugar in it! The fact that you have zero sugar of this coming you all are saints! Please also reconsider bringing the Code red zero sugar I miss having code red so badly.

It tastes like plum juice. There is nothing grape about it. Heck, the label says freaking, “Dark Citrus Punch” and I don’t know what that is. What the hell even is a ‘dark citrus’?
But Mtn Dew has not only brought back the beloved Pitch Black, it has also spawned a Zero Sugar version. It smells like the original and its flavor hits all the right grape-y notes, but it tastes like a somewhat watered-down version of the original with an artificial sweetener chaser. It’s fine, but I like regular Pitch Black so much that I feel it’s hard for me to accept the taste compromises that the zero sugar version has. There are other Zero Sugar Dew flavors that I don’t mind over the full sugar version, but this is not one of them.

I’m so happy Pitch Black is back, although I’m a little sad it’s no longer attached to Halloween. Enjoy it before it ends up back in the Mtn Dew vault, which I assume is in a dark cave in a dew flower-covered mountain that also contains whatever dark secret Mtn Dew is hiding. It’s labeled as dark citrus punch and not grape because grape soda is generally unpopular, so they’re marketing it this way to get people who dislike grape soda to give it a try.

I drink Mountain Dew zero sugar daily that’s my only drink and I love regular Mountain Dew and cannot wait for Mountain Dew black to come back. I just want to know one thing how in the world can I become a tester of your products please pick me I can promise you I will give you straightforward results no blowing smoke LOL but seriously give me a holler I’d love to become a product tester as soon as possibleYou really need to get out to the National Assoc. of Convenience Stores Show that’s held annually. You’d be tasting and reviewing this and similar products months ago.Yes, and it’s confusing that Mtn Dew is trying to push it as a “dark citrus punch” because when I drink it, all I can think of is grape Pitch Black. To be honest, despite it being one of my favorite Dew flavors of all time (Pitch Black I, not Pitch Black II), I kind of forgot what it smells and tastes like since it’s been so long. But all those memories came (pardon my use of this verb, Mtn Dew) blasting back with the first sniff and sip. Along with those memories came a bit of frustration that this flavor doesn’t come back as often as it should or isn’t permanent because it’s as delightful as I remember.

I have so many questions now. What the heck is dark citrus and why does it sound like something that would cause me to lose hit points in an RPG? Why doesn’t Mtn Dew say this is dark grape flavored? What is it hiding? Is it a dark secret? Is that dark secret hiding in a dark cave? Is it Batman? But I guess the most important question is: Does this Mtn Dew Pitch Black taste the same as Mountain Dew Pitch Black?Mountain Dew Pitch Black made its debut in 2004, a time before Mountain Dew lost most of its vowels to become Mtn Dew, which I assume happened because it drank a sugary soda and didn’t brush those vowels after. While Mtn Dew’s name got shorter on bottles and cans, Pitch Black’s description has gotten slightly longer. While the original was a Dew with a blast of black grape, this latest version describes itself as having a blast of dark citrus punch flavor.

Some sheetz has pitch black on tap year round. The one about 10 minutes from me has it. I’ve made many a trip to go up there and get some. I’ll be buying this in bulk for sure.Pretty sure the original Pitch Black was very prominently labeled as being sour grape and it was great. No Pitch Black since has kept the sourness, which made it truly unique. So, unless this is sour, it ain’t the same.

I have been waiting for Pitch Black to come back for years. I just bought four when I just saw it in the gas station because it along with Live Wire are my two favorite flavors.
Yes! I can’t tolerate sugar drinks, so I’m always on the lookout for variety beyond Dr Pepper Zero Sugar and Cherry Coke Zero. I love both of those, but having more options is always good. I’m really looking forward to trying Pitch Black Zero Sugar. I just wish they would release a Zero Sugar version of Mtn Dew Livewire. I absolutely *loved* the sugar version back in the day, and I’m sad that it’s come back without a diet version.Mountain Dew Zero Major Melon is my favorite soda these days so the sweetener taste doesn’t bother me at all. Looking forward to trying out Pitch Black Zero, and hopefully Code Red Zero if it ever makes its way out here.Вы можете купить Mountain Dew – Pitch Black 0,355 л в Екатеринбурге оптом по цене 55 руб. “On the heels of our 20th anniversary and a successful 2021, we’re thrilled to be expanding the family of 360 agencies and to have Rob Bratskeir leading Three Cheers PR for us,” 360PR+ CEO Laura Tomasetti said in the release. “We see a real opportunity for an independent specialist agency with the kind of talent that Rob and the Three Cheers team bring to work hand in hand with today’s adult beverage marketers.”

“House Bill 3013 is a sensible solution that gives power to local voters,” South Carolina Minority Leader Todd Rutherford, who is sponsoring the bill, said in a press release. “Our coalition isn’t asking for a broad, sweeping state-wide change – we are supporting this legislation so people in each county can decide if Sunday sales are right for them.”

South Carolinians are able to vote by county on whether beer and wine can be sold in stores on Sundays, but not whether liquor stores can. Nearly three-quarters of voters in the state (73%) reported in an August poll that “beer, wine and liquor should be regulated in the same way,” according to the release, citing RG Strategies. In 2020, 158 independent craft breweries operated in San Diego County, producing an estimated 772,204 barrels of beer – a 11% decline in production compared to 2019 (167,180 barrels), according to the SDBG 2021 economic impact report.
